*EmpowerStrong:


*TripleThreat Bootcamp:

Full body strength training, targeting each muscle group in 3 different ways. No jumping or running to keep the heart rate up. Just doing every workout back to back to get the heart pumping.  

*Dance2fit: 

 Get your desired results by aerobic dancing mixed with fitness. This will help you burn the most calories while toning your body at the same time. Whether you simply want to lose weight, gain muscle or have a healthier lifestyle—Dance2Fit can be tailored to reach your goals. Dance2fit combines high-intensity workouts with upbeat and high energy music. 

*Pound:

Using (only) the official Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.  Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.  Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities. 

*R.I.P.P.E.D:

This program is comprised of: Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. R.I.P.P.E.D. is ever changing and progresses through ‘Seasons’ – R.I.P.P.E.D. is currently on Season 29. The 50-minute R.I.P.P.E.D. workout burns anywhere from 750-1000 calories!  

*Booty & the Beast Total Body:

Do you like to have someone guide you through strength training, like having the personal trainer experience. Then Booty & the Beast is the class for you! 30 minutes of cardio with dance routines that are for all fitness levels. 30 minutes of strength training circuits using weights and bands.  

*Ashtanga Yoga:

The Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga codified and popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois during the 20th century which is often promoted as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga. Ashtanga means eight limbs or branches, of which asana or physical yoga posture is merely one branch, breath or pranayama is another. Both Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Jois, his grandson, encourage practice of Ashtanga Yoga - all eight limbs. The first two limbs - Yamas and Niyamas - are given special emphasis to be practiced in conjunction with the 3rd and 4th limbs (asana and pranayama). 

*Kettlebell AMPD:

Real people for real results — Kettlebell is for anyone and anybody who is looking to have fun. Weights vary anywhere from 5-15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. Anyone can take this class! The music is diverse, and our moves are simple and easy to learn. Get lost in the music and push yourself with the most effective, fulfilling, and lively workout available! 

*BARRE:

Every Barre Fitness class is fun and empowering class set to today's hottest music. Classes begin with a warm up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The ballet barre is used to sculpt the lower body, abs and for flexibility.   

*LatinLoveDance2Fit:

Basic Latin moves with some fun hip shaking to many different genre of music. From Selena to Shakira.  

 Meditation Class: No previous meditation experience required. Meditation is quieting the chatter in your head in order to connect to the wisdom in your heart. It reduces stress and improves health. As human beings living our daily lives we are pushed and pulled in many directions. There are a multitude of demands on our time from our families, work, community and relationships. This class is an opportunity to slow down and disconnect from your “busy self” in order to connect to the wisdom of your “inner self”. Our class will focus on guided meditation. Guided meditation walks you thru the meditation process with soft music. This provides a focus that allows your brain to relax and detach from its normal busy state.  Bring a journal, yoga mat, pillow and blanket. Hope to see you there! 

*Buti Yoga:

Buti, in Indian Marathi, means "the cure to something hidden or kept secret." This practice is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format. Buti creates a strong, empowered group that resembles a tribe.
